Reflective writing

I found every thing in the class interesting, but i learn more, how to write an essay especially introduction. Before i came to this class i do not know how can order the essay,
i writ every thing in same way i do not know there are introduction, and body,advantage and disadvantage and conclusion i have to write My opinion.
I think the most important before write an essay you have to understand the question and you have to found good ideas, and the essay must be your idea same from introduction to conclusion, and the idea for the essay you have to be clear.

understanding plagiarism and referencing

Me and many people think of plagiarism as copying another's work, or borrowing someone else's original ideas. But terms like "copying" and "borrowing" can disguise the seriousness of the offense.

But after i read and Search on the web i learnt many things.
1- to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own
2- to use (another's production) without crediting the source
3- to present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source.
In other words, plagiarism is an act of fraud. It involves both stealing someone else's work and lying about it afterward.

Strategies for Avoiding Plagiarism
1. Put in quotations everything that comes directly from the text especially when taking notes.
2. Paraphrase, but be sure you are not just rearranging or replacing a few words.
3. Check your paraphrase against the original text to be sure you have not accidentally used the same phrases or words, and that the information is accurate.

I listen to an online lecture from BBC radio. It was interesting for my because the subject abut sport.
The lecture name' The Body Beautiful ' the name come from sport, because if you blay any kind of sport, must your body will be beautiful,
The lecture spoke about china, history of Olympic games and Olympic games in Beijing,
All the sport in china old one or new, and explain how to play some difficult games for example horseback polo,

About watching TV or listening radio I use it very well almost all day. For example I watch sitcom friends, some friends live together in same building three boys and three girls.and I watch moves. Also I watch football in English and sometimes I watch programs in BBC or ITV
